Has the swine flu -- which started in the U.S. at a Queens high school last year -- made you worried? Have you gotten a flu shot this year or done anything different to protect yourself and family? Share Your Tips

Sticking With Good Hygiene

We're just being extra diligent about hand washing and keeping an eye out for flu symptoms.

Build Up Your Immune System

I agree that the media hype is a far cry from the reality of this possible epidemic. As with any disease, you should build up your immune system by eating healthy foods, exercising and getting lots of fresh air.

Don't believe the hype

Unless half the population catches swine flu, I'm not buying into the cable news-induced hysteria. There's a lot of misinformation already being spread about the illness, leading to a lot of unnecessary panic.
