- Include event name and date in email subject line.
- All details in body of email. No Word documents.
- Include link to your website, hopefully with all event details.
- Attach a publicity image or two as .jpg files -- but no Word documents.
- Deadline - Wednesday morning, for each weekend's event listings (published every Thursday morning).
- If your event is very small, or during the week, you are welcome (and it's better) to post it in the Queens Forum.
