Go there for the lamb chops, stay for the desserts, and come back for the lasagna. Yes, the lasagna is nothing like the cafeteria-tray ones found in many an Italian restaurant, and it's worth every penny of the many pennies it costs. Il Toscano is a class act and perfect for a celebration.
