The Queensboro Kennel Club's annual Dog Show is October 27 and 28, followed the next day by the Bronx Kennel Club's show at the same spot in Cunningham Park. Over 600 dogs compete on Friday and over 800 on Saturday, representing all breeds. The Queensboro Kennel Club will also have info for anyone wanting to learn more about breeding and training dogs for competition. Plus you'll have a chance to shop for gifts for your own dog.

Registration for the event ($27) closes on October 11, but you can always come out to enjoy the pooches.
