That’s the “Citi” building in Long Island City, but I’m not sure where it’s taken from. My guess is the Queens Plaza Station.
I agree it looks like Citibank in lic but the photo is mirrored or something because the sun is rising or setting it two places -at least it appears that way
well maybe I was up early but not yet awake- I caught the title after my comment above- duh!
