As usual I was a bit too slow on the answer. It is an interesting photo that it looks like it is split down the middle and could be 2 images, especially how the arrows are abruptly cutoff by the “clearance” barrier as you enter the carpark.

This is 56th Ave in elmhurst by Queens blvd
the parking lot is for the Target, Best Buy etc.

Yes, Steve G. got it right. It’s the Queens Place Mall in Elmhurst, down the street from the Queens Center Mall.
