Octoberfest at Bohemian Hall and Beer Garden

The cool weather has almost arrived and it's time for Octoberfest. Who needs the actual month of October when we have an actual beer garden?

Astoria's Bohemian Hall and Beer Garden has extended its annual Octoberfest celebration to two days, this September 27 and 28. Entertainment usually includes the Pilsner Brass Band (fine oom-pah-pah music). There'll be plenty of beer, bbq, and Czech dishes.

One bummer - the weather forecast calls for rain. The Octoberfest is rain or shine, so it's your only chance to hoist till next year.
