Mets Kick Off the Post-Season
Tonight the Amazing New York Mets meet the Los Angeles Dodgers in their first post-season game since 2000 and the first under General Manager Omar Minaya and Coach Willie Randolph. The game starts this afternoon at 4 p.m., and there's going to be some noise in Shea.
The 2006 Mets have captured New York City with their winning ways and their spirit. It's great to see a team of guys who aren't just getting paid millions to play baseball for a living, but obviously love the whole ride. Most nights they are are a joy to watch, especially with Jose Reyes running the base paths. Let's go Mets!
