Go Fly a Kite in the Rockaways - New York Kite Festival

The Sixth Annual New York Kite Festival takes over the skies in the Rockaways this September. The annual free kite fest is two days of kite-flying competitions, kite demonstrations set to music, kite-making for kids, and more entertainment and food, all under the watchful eyes of giant kites flying high above the festival.
