The Daily News solves a dining dilemma, steering an 80th birthday feast toward Manducatis (13-27 Jackson Ave, LIC) for the ambiance and range of seafood, pasta, and steak. But don't take the subway, as recommended, from Glendale to Long Island City. It'll take years before a subway stop is proposed for, much less built in, Glendale.
