Dancing Under the Lights of the Throgs Neck Bridge

Monday June 26, 2006
You can't beat free dance lessons, even if the roar of the traffic on the Throgs Neck is the musical undertone. This summer you can learn to merengue and keep up your swing at Little Bay Park on Wednesday evenings for dancing and free lessons, outdoors in their roller hockey rink. That sounds just about perfect on a low humidity evening. On a high humid night, you'll just have to dance salsa and work it.
  • Dancing Under the Stars
  • Every Wednesday evening - June 21-August 16, 2006 - 7 p.m.
  • Little Bay Park - roller hockey rink - 212th St at Cross Island Pkwy, Bayside
  • Lessons and dancing; salsa, merengue, swing and more
  • Free - weather permitting
  • Sponsored by the Northeast Queens Park Administrator and Council Member Tony Avella
