TurnHere.com, a new Internet video company, has a few cool videos on Queens neighborhoods. The three-minute clips are cutie-pie full of neighborhood personality and well made, no YouTube blubber. The only problem is they forgot to build a directory of Queens videos. You'll have to follow my links.

Start with their homey video of Hunters Point in LIC; then ride out to Little India in Jackson Heights for samosas in the movie theater; surf down to Rockaway Beach; but come home to Astoria for my favorite bit. It has a strolling opera singer breaking Parisi Brothers bread.
