Get Your Motor Running - Interstate at Socrates Sculpture Park

It's going to get weird fast when sculpture hits the open road. Socrates Sculpture Park is pairing up with the High Dessert Test Sites, a bunch of art sites out in the California desert, to present Interstate. Think road trip to lalaland and back. I road tripped the California desert back in the 90s, and found it a place of crazy heat, dust, light, abandoned mines, hot springs, forgotten towns, and real characters. I couldn't think of a better contrary to it than the banks of the East River turned art world playground. Enjoy.
