Forest Hills Tour
Monday March 27, 2006
New York City architecture expert Francis Morrone leads a two-hour of Forest Hills this weekend. The tour starts in Forest Hills Gardens, which is a real treat. The neighborhood was one of the first "garden city" suburbs in the U.S., and today is one of the most exclusive addresses in New York. If you've never been, you might have seen the Tudor/hobbit roofs of Station Square from the LIRR, and wondered if you were in Queens or Stuttgart. (Tour includes adjacent areas of Forest Hills.)
