Far Out Science
Wednesday March 22, 2006
Groovy, man, groovy. That's the theme and the era this April at the New York Hall of Science. The museum explores science of the 1960s through a Hall of Mirrors and Light, a science theater show, paper-airplane making, and popular toys from the way-out decade. There's even a sci-fi film fest with screenings of Red Planet Blues, Robots, and Operation Micron.
Top off the science with a weekend show that even more folks will appreciate—a vintage car show with 100 Mustangs, Corvettes, and Rumble Cars on display, courtesy of the Crossbay Cruisers Classics.
