Latino Bars and Clubs in Queens

Wednesday March 15, 2006
Blogger Lolita of Latino New York spots out a few of the Latino hot-spots in Queens. She doesn't get out to Corona, but covers Sunnyside, Astoria, and Jackson Heights pretty well.

There's love for rock en español at La Kueva (39-31 Queens Blvd, Sunnyside), and even more for Life in Queens (30-07 Newton Ave, Astoria), well at least the Brazilian variety (and even Brazilian reggaeton). These two, from her descriptions, sound the most accustomed to gringuitos.

She salutes the Colombian crowd getting down in the Mideast digs at Tantra Lounge (35-50 31st, Astoria). And shouts out oldie-but-goodie D'Antigua Restaurant, Bar and Lounge (84-16 Northern Blvd, Jackson Heights),
