Getting to JFK and LaGuardia Airports During the Strike

Tuesday December 20, 2005
City bus service to LaGuardia Airport (LGA) has been suspended for the lenght of the strike. However, you can still get a taxi to the airport or a private shuttle bus.

If your taxi driver claims he can't leave Manhattan, he's lying. By law, your taxi driver must take you where you want to go. Give yourself extra time to reach LaGuardia during the strike.

To JFK Airport, you have more options. Take a taxi or private shuttle bus. Or the AirTrain via the LIRR at Jamaica.

You can also use Trips123’s Transit planner to route a door to door trip.
