Now That's a McMansion!

Ever wonder what's the best McMansion in Queens? My vote goes for one in Malba featured in a NY Times article over the weekend. It's a turreted fortress of a home.

The article presents the trend of paved-over front yards. I have no beef with blacktopping a yard, but McMansion are often comical aberrations. See the article for a great McMansion photo that's described as a:

"huge house that stands out from the mostly older, stately homes in the expensive neighborhood. It has a large veranda overlooking the water, and a pool presided over by four large lion statues. But it has no lawn."
