Bird Count at Fort Totten

Sunday November 27, 2005
The Fort Totten Rangers hold their first bird count at the new Fort Totten Park. Until this year Fort Totten was a military base, which help make it a bird haven on the north coast of Queens. After the bird count, replenish with hot chocolate and cookies with the Rangers.

Oh, this is nice. There’s always bird counts around the City on X-mas, too which is a great way for non-Christians celebraters to enjoy the day!
