The Other Season Opener - Bohemian Beer Garden

Speaking of season openers (way to go Mets - winning their home opener at Shea), the beer garden at Bohemian Hall in Astoria is open for the season. This past weekend it was already packed. The season really kicks off Memorial Day weekend with the Czech and Slovak Festival.

If you'd rather drink beer in Long Island City, you might try the smaller patios and gardens at Lounge 47, LIC bar, or The Creek and the Cave.
