Star Gazing at the York College Observatory

Thursday April 7, 2005
There are stars to be seen in Jamaica, Queens. It's not LL Cool J shooting a video, but the Observatory at York College.

The Observatory is open to the public (free) on clear Wednesday evenings throughout the school year. Star and planet gazing is via eye and observatory instruments.

With the semester's end in sight, there are only a few more chances for clear skies and star gazing this spring. Call the York College Observatory at 718-262-2082 to see some stars.
